Betvisa Terms and Conditions

1. “BetVisa Rules” refers to the terms and conditions that make up the entire, final, and only agreement between the Account Holder (“you”) and BetVisa and that control their business relationship. All past agreements, representations, and understandings between the Account Holder and BetVisa are superseded and merged by the BetVisa Rules. A visitor or Account Holder fully understands and agrees: a. To become a party to the BetVisa Rules; b. That he/she has read, understood, and will be adhering to these Terms and Conditions, and that he/she shall abide by all of its terms, by opening a BetVisa Account, registering, logging-in, using the Services, participating in the games, or accepting any prize.

2. BetVisa may at any moment update, modify, revise, and supplement the BetVisa Rules. Any significant changes to the BetVisa Rules must be disclosed to the Account Holder in advance and with your permission before they take effect. 4. A “BetVisa Account” is an account owned by an Account Holder for legitimate business purposes with the sole intent of establishing a regular business relationship with BetVisa and the sole purpose of conducting betting and other gaming and gambling activities.

5. The “Contract” is the legal agreement that exists between BetVisa and an Account Holder and is controlled by the “Terms and Conditions,” which are also known as the BetVisa Rules.

n. A “Prize” is a sum of money, a bonus, or a prize that the account holder can win.

An “Inactive Account” is a BetVisa Account that has not registered a log-in or log-out for more than 12 months in a row.

BetVisa and/or its suppliers and partners are the sole owners of all trademarks, service marks, trade names, images, graphics, text, concepts, and methodologies (collectively the “Intellectual Assets”) found on the Website, the Client Application, and the content therein. Except as permitted by law, the Account Holder has no right to exploit or otherwise make use of any Intellectual Asset.

7. Account Guidelines:

c. Not to be a professional player in any sport, competition or league where BetVisa offers betting; 

d. Not to be restricted by limited legal capacity; 

e. Not to be acting on behalf of another party; 

f. Not to be conducting criminal activities whereby a BetVisa Account is directly or indirectly involved; 

g. Not to be holding an active account with another legal entity which is part of the same group as BetVisa; 

h. Not to use the Services if it is illegal in his/her country of residence or otherwise restricted for him/her to open a gaming account, purchase or use services fromBetVisa and/or otherwise participate in the games offered. The Account Holder is accountable for making sure that their use of the BetVisa website and services is legal, that they do not find the website or services to be offensive, objectionable, unfair, or indecent, and that they keep their BetVisa account information current, including their first and last name, country of residence, valid email address, and phone number.

i. Each participant is only allowed to have one account. Without warning, players who abuse promotions, create multiple fake accounts, or break other betting rules will have their accounts closed and their deposits forfeited.

11. Anyone requesting a BetVisa Account understands and agrees to the following: a. All definitions and conditions outlined in the BetVisa Rules; the BetVisa Rules as currently published on the Website, as well as any potential future changes to the BetVisa Rules; b. Curacao is the place of the contract; and the Contract is governed by the BetVisa Rules as published in English.
